A little about me...

My name is Gina Towl and I am an experienced bookkeeper and office manager and a certified member of the NZ Bookkeepers Association Incorporated. I have over twenty years’ experience working in administration for small businesses, most recently as administration manager in a chartered accountancy firm, so understand what is involved in “doing the paperwork” for a variety of businesses.  I also realise that the last thing most people want to face at the end of a busy day is administration.


This led me to start Multitaskers Bookkeeping and Administration Services as a cost effective alternative to doing the paperwork yourself or hiring permanent administration staff. We can take the day to day office work off your hands from doing the GST right through to dealing with that really annoying timewaster – filing and tidying the paperwork. We can also get everything ready for the accountant at the end of the year.


 

I believe that the administrator’s role is to support the boss, not the other way round.  There is nothing more annoying than trying to find a supplier’s invoice only to find it is off site with the administrator.  This is why Multitaskers is a mobile service – we can come to your office to work, or, if you don’t have an office, collect the paperwork and return it to you promptly so everything you need is on hand.
